The working principle of a multi effect evaporator is to use multiple evaporators connected in series to form a multi-stage evaporation system. In this system, the steam from the previous stage evaporator serves as the heating steam for the next stage evaporator, thus achieving a cascade utilization of energy.

The inner tank is polished to Ra≤0.45um. the external part adopts mirror plate or sand grinding plate for heat insulation. The water inlet, reflux vent, sterilization vent, cleaning vent and manhole are provided at the top and air breathing apparatus. There are vertical and horizontal tanks with different volumes of 1m3, 2m3, 3m3, 4m3, 5m3, 6m3, 8m3, 10m3 and bigger.

    Fermentation tanks are widely used in industries such as dairy products, beverages, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and fine chemicals. The tank body is equipped with an interlayer, insulation layer, and can be heated, cooled, and insulated. The tank body and the upper and lower filling heads (or cones) are both processed using rotary pressure R-angle. The inner wall of the tank is polished with a mirror finish, without any hygiene dead corners. The fully enclosed design ensures that the materials are always mixed and fermented in a pollution-free state. The equipment is equipped with air breathing holes, CIP cleaning nozzles, manholes, and other devices.
